COVID-19 Symptom Screening Tool
Parents or guardians MUST check students for COVID-19 symptoms EACH DAY BEFORE sending a child to school. By sending your child to school, you are declaring that you have completed this symptom checker and that your child is not exhibiting any of the symptoms on the form.
Families received laminated versions of the symptom screener in the mail along with recommendations of what to send their child to school with each day. See Classroom Ready Checklist below. Please note, the checklist does say bring a charged device to school. We are encouraging students that have a District provided device to bring that device to school (the teacher will let you know how often to bring it). We have several devices at school for students that do not have a District device at home.
Additionally, a complete Return to School Plan was shared with all families in an email dated September 21st. Please read over the plan carefully as it contains many important details including masks, lunch, arrival, and dismissal.

All lunches must be pre-ordered by 9:00am
Families must pre-order by 9 am of the day of pick up or delivery. Meals must be pre-ordered using the District’s Nutrislice online program, or through the Nutrislice app, available on the Apple Store or Google Play. Additional information, including a video tutorial, about the Nutrislice pre-ordering process is available on the Food Service Department website.
Please note - The video shows how to do a pick-up for virtual students, but it is the same process to order for in-person students and have it delivered to Winchester. All you need to do is click the tab at the top that says delivery and select Winchester.
Where are the lunch meals being made available?
In-person learners must pre-order their lunch which will be delivered to the students’ classrooms. If you have multiple students attending in-person, parents will need to order meals for each of their students individually in Nutrislice. Please make sure that you choose the correct school and the correct classroom/teacher for each of your students when ordering for multiple students.
Online learners must also pre-order their lunch. Online learners' lunches can be picked up in the west parking lot (Athletics Department) entrance of Northville High School (45700 Six Mile Rd.) between the hours of 11 am and 1 pm each school day.
Free lunch for all students!
The Northville Public Schools Food Services Department is pleased to announce that Northville Public Schools students may now receive a free lunch each school day!
The free meals were made possible after district officials received a waiver sponsored by the United States Department of Agriculture. This change resumes the summer meal rules and regulations allowing Northville Public Schools students to receive free meals including Pre-K students. Please see the updated details below, and if you have a need for food, items may be ordered on through Nutrislice from the District website.
This program is currently planned to end on December 18th, 2020 – or until funding is exhausted – families should be aware that this USDA waiver does not replace the need to apply for free or reduced meals for the remainder of the school year for those families who are eligible. Free and Reduced meal applications from the last school year expire on October 19, 2020, and participation in the program must be renewed annually.
