what is flexibility ?
the ability to move stretch or bend without ache or pain from the body.
The benefits of being flexible.
- loosen tight muscles
- can lead to fewer aches and pains and better posture
- protects your heart
- improve your lifespan and your mood
How does one improve their flexibility?
- having nutrition, hydration, and lifestyle choices
- warming up prior to workouts & after workouts
- exercise on a daily basis
Personaly i perfer doing .....
YOGA , it relaxes my body and my mentality. It increases the flexibility of my joints.Anybody could do yoga , male or female, old or young.
yoga ( downward dog)
a beginners pose , easy and is very adjustable and helps the hip and back area.
Yoga (chaturanga)
not a beginners pose but helps the arms muscles and balance also.
Yoga (partner poses)
there are a variety of partner poses that turns yoga into a fun activity. May look hard but it is fairly easy , just need balance.
