  • having nutrition, hydration, and lifestyle choices
  • warming up prior to workouts & after workouts
  • exercise on a daily basis

Personaly i perfer doing .....

YOGA , it relaxes my body and my mentality. It increases the flexibility of my joints.Anybody could do yoga , male or female, old or young.
