PES Principal Message
May 24, 2023
I loved this surprise gift of artwork left on my desk by Jayden Pham today! I love Lovejoy too!
PINNED NOTE: For safety purposes, when visiting, we ask that you attend the event intended and not head to other areas of the building without notifying the front office. Please do NOT go to classrooms to retrieve siblings. All student check outs must go through the front office. We are looking forward to enjoying these last few days with our students and families!
PINNED NOTED: With all of the celebrations and fun comes our need for parking on campus. You may continue to use the front and back parking lots. You may park along Stoddard Rd. - be mindful you are not blocking private drives or mailboxes and/or parking in the "no parking" area at the corner of Hart and Stoddard. With the addition of our new playground, the back field is no longer a parking option. Golf carts are welcome - feel free to park those in the grassy area at the front of the building or in the courtyard area near the bike rack. Carpooling is also a great idea!
Puster Families,
Please see a note from Mrs. George below. She will be so incredibly missed at Puster!
This will be the LAST weekly message I send out for the 2022-2023 school year! I will send periodic updates throughout the summer and you can expect weekly communication to resume the week of July 10th. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me at anytime should a need arise.
It has been a tremendous year and I am so full of gratitude for Puster staff, students and families. We wish our 4th graders - an amazing group of students - all of the success transitioning to 5th grade. We wish ALL of our families a wonderful, safe summer!
Puster Proud,
Holly
A Note from Mrs. George
Puster Families,
What a fabulous year it has been at Puster. Seeing your children grow and develop has been such an honor. We have shared laughs, tears and cheers. The moment I stepped into Puster Elementary, I knew I had found home. These two years have been two of the best years of my educational career. I love your children like they are my own and am so thankful to have played a small role in their elementary years.
My husband was recently named the head coach/athletic director at Mt. Vernon ISD. I am from Sulphur Springs and our goal has always been to get back to our roots. With that being said, I have resigned from my position of assistant principal at Puster and we will be moving this summer. I will continue in an administrative role there. I am thankful for the relationships made at Puster, and I am leaving as a stronger leader and with a full heart. I will always treasure my five years spent in Lovejoy ISD. Please know that I am an email or phone call away should you ever need me.
With a Thankful Heart,
Angie George
