I have used ChooseMyPlate before in Foods 1 so I know how it works. It is also really simple to use.
How I would use ChooseMyPlate.
I could plan ahead by using the "super tracker" before I have a meal and see how many calories and if i need to add anything to a food group.
How it would help me.
I could use the "Food-a-pedia" in the "super tracker" to get ideas on more healthy meals. I could also use "my report" to help keep track of my food and activity goals.
