A note from Mrs. Logsdon
Wild Rose will be offering Rainbows support groups for interested families. The groups are for students who are grieving the loss of a family member as a result of death, separation/divorce, incarceration, deployment, deportation, significant illness, or any other traumatic, life altering event.
Rainbows’ curriculum will help your child develop problem solving and manger management skills to help alleviate depression and anxiety. Rainbows gives children a safe environment to speak about their feelings, express their grief, and find comfort from shared experiences among peers. Groups will meet once a week for twelve weeks. For more information, or to sign up your child, please contact Maureen Logsdon, Wild Rose social worker.
