A note from Mrs. Solomon

WOW! What a turn out at our Open House/Curriculum Night! It was awesome to see our students take ownership and establish more independence in guiding their guests around the building sharing their daily routine, schedules and tasks. It was an awesome opportunity for all staff to connect with families. Thank you so very much, the evening was a huge success! We look forward to seeing families at conferences on October 6th and 7th.

A note from Mrs. Logsdon

Wild Rose will be offering Rainbows support groups for interested families. The groups are for students who are grieving the loss of a family member as a result of death, separation/divorce, incarceration, deployment, deportation, significant illness, or any other traumatic, life altering event.

Rainbows’ curriculum will help your child develop problem solving and manger management skills to help alleviate depression and anxiety. Rainbows gives children a safe environment to speak about their feelings, express their grief, and find comfort from shared experiences among peers. Groups will meet once a week for twelve weeks. For more information, or to sign up your child, please contact Maureen Logsdon, Wild Rose social worker.
