Tuesday Tech Tidbit--12/15/15

A quick look at great technology to make your life easier

It's almost Christmas break!

Twas the week before break and all through the school,

all the children were crazy and acting like fools.

The teachers were ready for a much-earned break,

if they can make it til Friday, they won't jump in a lake.

Okay enough of the awful rhymes. We all know that this is a hard week to be in school. It's hard to keep the students motivated and our brains are so full of our own to-do lists that we are just trying to survive the week.

Here are some links to some Christmas cheer that will hopefully make your week a little brighter.

I hope everyone has a great Christmas break. I'll see you in January!

Crafts for Older Kids

Looking for something to keep the older kids in your life busy? Try some of these awesome crafts ideas.

My Favorite Christmas Cookie Recipe

Christmas becomes more about memories, the older you get. This is my favorite family Christmas cookie recipe because it's easy, delicious and I always had to call my grandma to remember the recipe. I hope you enjoy!

Crockpot Peanut Clusters

2 tall jars of peanuts (original recipe calls for 1 unsalted & 1 salted but sometimes that's hard to find)

2 pkg. white almond bark

12 oz. chocolate chip cookies

1 pkg. German Chocolate baking chocolate

Put it all in the crockpot. (I put peanuts in first but I'm not sure it matters). Cook on low for 3 hours. Stir very good and turn off heat. Let sit for another 15 minutes. Scoop out on wax paper and let sit til dry.
