What do we have to do to make our body healthy?
Being healthier does not mean overhauling your entire lifestyle. Sometimes all it takes is a few simple changes. To be healthy you have to drink lots of water, do workouts and eat healthy.
What do we need todo to be fitter?
Exercise at least 3 times a week. eat lots of fruits, vegetables and don't eat junk. Drink lots of water. coca cola, sprite and pepsi these are a few of the drinks you should not drink.
Why do people smoke?
People usually start in their teens and are addicted by the time they reach adulthood. Lots of people try to get rid of it but fail because smoking is such a strong addiction. Teens smoke to try and look mature and older.
What are the effects of smoking on our body?
The effects are mood simulation, poor vision, coughing, lung cancer, blood cancer, heart disease and many more.
How does smoking give you cancer?
Doctors believe that smoking causes lung cancer by damaging the cells that line the lungs. when you inhale cigarette smoke which is full of cancer causing substances changes your lung tissue almost immediately.
