If your child has been fully vaccinated for COVID, parent/guardian must provide a copy of the vaccination record for review by Health Services staff. The parent/guardian may bring the vaccination record to the school, or they may scan a copy by e-mail to lauren.parsons@hsv-k12.org and andrea.penn@hsv-k12.org. Thank you.

Attention AP Students
2. PowerPoint directions on how to set up your laptop for digital exams (keep in mind that I registered everyone for paper/pencil exams in testing window 1. I am going to 'try' to register you for digital exams if you missed the in-person paper/pencil exam.
3. Free and Reduced Lunch Form (if you are on free/reduced lunch, you MUST complete the form, and return it to Ms. Nicole Thompson, Assistant Principal as soon as possible).
If you missed your AP paper/pencil exam that you registered for, please see the attached Testing Window 2 schedule. All testing window 1 window were paper pencil. Most exams for Testing Window 2 are digital. You MUST follow the PowerPoint directions for taking the exam digitally. You must do this ASAP (as soon as possible) today, otherwise it may not let you take the exam digitally.

**ONLY FOR PARENTS/GUARDIAN OF HVA STUDENTS SCHEDULED TO TAKE AP EXAM IN MAY 2021
As we approach AP testing, please notate that all Lee High School AP students will automatically be scheduled to take the paper/pencil test in-person in Mr. Lee's classroom, Room 329. All AP exams are paper/pencil. All Lee High AP students who attend traditionally will also need to take their AP exams on our campus. Please see the AP Exam Schedule so you may plan accordingly.
