Dear Families,

We hope that you are finding time to enjoy fall, and that our abnormal situation is starting to feel a bit more routine. Routines can be tremendously helpful in increasing our sense of safety and wellbeing. This week you might consider how adding a routine or two could make life easier for you and your family. Need help? We’re always here.
