Explain Everything
Explain everything was an app that basically allowed us to demonstrate something. Our goal was to show someone how to figure out a math problem. We had to use the different features on the app to help us. By the end of the video, they should have been able to demonstrate that problem to another person.
Coding
Code.org was a website that allowed us to link different commands, to make an object on the screen do an action. It taught us how to code which many jobs these days require. It also required us to use our skills to figure out how to complete the level.
Learn to type
Learn to Type was a website that taught us how to type properly. It would teach us different keys and how to figure out how to find them. We had to get through different levels of difficulty to get to the next level.
iTrailer
iTrailer was an app that allowed us to create are own movie and express our imagination. Our goal was to create a movie about something. It allowed us to use our creativity to create something that expressed us.
Haiku Deck
Haiku Deck allowed us to create a slide show. We used it to tell the audience our dream job and about it. We also had to tell them about or tuition and what college we're going to. It was a great app and was fun to use too.
Career Locker
Career Locker found the best jobs for us. It asked us a series of questions and after we were done, it pulled up jobs that fit us best. We also used it to help us on Haiku Deck for our dream jobs. It had most of the colleges and told us how much the tuition would cost and etc.
