Should football players celebrate
I think football players shouldn't celebrate because it isn't fair to other teams who lose, it isn't fair to your team to lose points or get flagged, and you get fined.
One reason that I think football players shouldn't celebrate because it isn't fair to other teams who lose. For example, if you celebrate your making others feel angry, referees keep a close eye on taunting because it is extremely rude, and in the 1984 rule book stated "any prolonged, excessive, or premeditated celebration by individual players or groups of players will be construed as unsportsmanlike conduct".
Another reason that I think football players shouldn't celebrate because it isn't fair to your team to lose points or get flagged. celebrating and they throw flags, it's going to count out of your pocket", and in 2006, the league's owners voted 29-3 to ban and penalize player for celebration.
Although I think football players shouldn't celebrate because it isn't fair to other teams who lose and it isn't fair to your team to lose points or get flagged. I mostly think that football players shouldn't celebrate because you get fined. For example, Horn was fined $30,000 for dancing, Brown was fined for doing something really inappropriate and he was fined $12,154, and if you used props that you're not allowed to use, like a goal post, cell phones, or a towel, you get fined.
That is why I think football players shouldn't celebrate because it isn't fair to other teams who lose, it isn't fair to your team to lose points or get flagged, and you get fined. This makes me realize that when we play sports we should have sportsmanship and even if we lose we are all a team and we stick together. So, do you think football players should celebrate?
