Houston Hurricane Relief

Time to send some California sunshine to the heart of Texas!

Many communities across several regions of our country have been devastated by natural disasters in the past few months. In an effort to lend a hand, we have joined the CIF who has connected many schools in California with partner schools from areas that have been deeply affected and are in need of assistance.

The Oak Ridge community can best support our sister school by making a generous donation that will assist J. Frank Dobie High School, their students, and staff in recovery efforts that change weekly.

So let’s send our Longhorn friends some Trojan love and support! Please join us by going to ORSB.ORG and making a donation today!

Begining Nov. 27th, ORHS is collecting Canned foods for victims of the Sonoma/Napa Fires. Bring in canned goods (be sure to check expiration dates) to English classes. Help Oak Ridge to "Be Change" for this worthy cause. Start collecting now and bring them in 11/27.

The always GREAT ASB Talent Show is Thursday, November 30th at 6 pm in the ORHS Theater. Want to perform? Get the sign-up info in the Student Resources Center.

Interact is a club for High School Students who want to join together to tackle the issues in their community that they care most about. ORHS Interact is the largest community service club on campus--with LOTS of volunteer opportunities. You can earn NHS hours with INTERACT participation and it looks great on college applications. Want more information? Check out our website: Remind: text@orinteract to 81010

The Oak Ridge Voice

The official publication of "The Oak Ridge Voice" has begun! This online publication gives students a voice on important and interesting issues facing us today. Check out the students' perspectives via this link

Help us collect NEW Coats, Infant to Adult sizes. Donations will be distributed to schools and EDCOE operated programs throughout the county. Please check out the attached flyer (below) for more information.

Students: Want Info? Have Questions?

The new Student Resources Center is now open right next to the leadership room! Please stop by if you have any questions about clubs, ID cards, or anything that's going on around campus and we'll help you out. We are open during Break and Lunch everyday!
