THANKSGIVING BREAK
GIVING TREE/ FAMILY IN NEED
The Davis Hill Community is one of the most generous and giving environments I have ever had the fortune of being around. This year, as in past years, I have heard from staff and community members who are wondering if there are ways that they can help out any families in need. If you are in need this holiday season, I am asking for you to please email me directly the following information. The information and request will remain anonymous.
1. Number of children you are seeking assistance for.
2. Gender
3. Sizes
4. Items of Need and/ or Items of Interest
Please send any requests by December 2nd. Thank you.
UPCOMING EVENTS
RECESS/ COLD WEATHER/ CLOTHES LABELING
Please remember that we try to get the kids out for recess every day when the temperature is 20 degrees or above (We factor in wind chill and other safety precautions as well). This is true also if there is a slight drizzle/ mist. Please ensure that students are properly attired for the weather conditions.
In addition, we have a Lost and Found that fills up very quickly. We have a number of items that go unclaimed. Please make sure to label items whenever possible. This includes jackets/ sweatshirts/ water bottles/ lunch boxes/ hats/ gloves/ etc. Items that are labeled have a much greater percentage of being returned than those that are not.
Thank you!

Please Note: You can also purchase discounted guest passes for $35.00. Please also note, in addition to the price change, the Mountain has had a recent change in policy. Guest passes need to be confirmed via e-mail by Friday 7:00 pm. I would need to have a check made out to Wachusett Mountain no later than 12:00 pm on Saturday.
To register go to https://www.wachusett.com/Tickets-Passes/Groups/School-Groups.aspx and use the code DAVH. There is a place where a bus is mentioned. There is no bus offered for this program. The student/family are responsible for their own transportation to/from the mountain. For more information please see attachment below.
This has always been a fantastic Davis Hill Community building event where the kids and even the adults meet with friends both old and new.
Hopefully that covers everything. Please feel free to share this email and don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.
See you on the Mountain!
