Paws for Pride. . .
For the months of March and April we are celebrating and highlighting individual responsibility. Congratulations to last week’s Paws for PRIDE winners: Alex Cannon, Lucas George, Miss Anderson, Klement Swartz, Olivia Jeon, Maddie DiFulvio, Anthony Berardine, and Olivia Felegyhazi.
Students and teachers are chosen at random to be recognized and celebrated for demonstrating one of our five character traits - Pride, Respect, Individual Responsibility, Determination & Empathy. Thank you to all of the Titus families for your support of our Paws for PRIDE program.
Follow us on Facebook! Titus is piloting the idea of a school specific Facebook. We want to take Titus to where you are! We are beginning to populate our very own Facebook page. It will be a work in progress for a little while, but we want everyone to join us as we increase our reach outside of our own walls. We hope you will support our efforts by Following us on Facebook!
Keep up with Titus by following us on Facebook! Be the first to hear about events, see pictures of what’s going on at school, and watch live feeds of concerts and other special events. Find us at www.facebook.com/tituscbsd.
Science Fun Day - THANK YOU!!!!
A big THANK YOU goes out to all of our “Southside Scientists” for another successful Science Fun Day! Science Fun Day could not happen without all of you! Students, teachers, and staff were smiling, engaged, and excited about learning something new from all you. Another big THANK YOU goes out to Home & School for their hospitality in providing all faculty, staff, and volunteers with breakfast and lunch, and our t-shirts! Finally, THANK YOU to everyone who donated materials to help our future scientists explore and investigate various topics throughout the day! 2019 will be here before we know it!
Kindergarten Registration
Kindergarten registration for the 2017-2018 school year began Monday, October 24, 2016. For more information and to register for Kindergarten for the 2017-2018 school year, please click here to visit our district page.
We do our best to accommodate requests for AM or PM sessions, and typically those requests are honored on a first come basis. Please consider this information as you plan to register your kindergarten student.
Immunizations Requirements - Aug. 2017
As of August 2017, a parent must have all immunizations completed within the first 5 days of school. If the student is in the middle of a series and it is too soon for the next dose, the parents must provide the school nurse with a plan for immunizations (signed by a health care provider) within the first 5 days. If the student has incomplete immunizations and no medical plan, the student will be excluded from school.
You may check your child’s school immunization record by logging onto the parent portal through the district website at www.cbsd.org or by consulting with your child’s physician.
