$90,000 Granted in COVID Relief to Minority-Owned Small Businesses

Recently the Community Foundation granted $90,000 in COVID relief grants to minority-owned small businesses located in Loudoun County. Funding for the Minority Owned Small Business Grant Program was generously provided by Google, Kaiser Permanente, MVB Bank, Northwest Federal Credit Union, and individual donations to the Community Emergency Relief Fund. Loudoun Community Cabinets Grants $98,000 for Nonprofit Capacity Building

The Loudoun Community Cabinet granted a total of $98,000 to two local nonprofit organizations, Loudoun Abused Women's Shelter (LAWS) and Loudoun Literacy Council, to support initiatives to strengthen their internal operations. Learn more.

Now Offering Nonprofit Access to Foundation Directory Online

Community Foundation now offers nonprofit organizations free access to Foundation Directory Online, a database of more than 235,000 funders and grant opportunities across the country and the world. The Community Foundation's Nonprofit Support Specialist and FDO Expert, Sapna Hencinski, is now taking appointments to provide FDO training sessions to nonprofits.
