Arrive at 7:15am daily

Follow ROAR expectations for the hall
Ask if you need to help before intervening in a behavior situation.
Be congenial (S.M.I.L.E.)
Teachers should follow expectations set for students.
Be at your duty or classroom on time
Be prepared (lesson plans, activity, supplies)
Be on time (specials, pick up, drop off, lunch)
Greet students at door each morning (during heavy arrival)
Act professional and respectful
No inappropriate use of cell phones
Stay with classes door to door
Discuss personal issues directly, privately and respectfully.
Confidentiality (practice good OPSEC)
There isn’t an “Opt Out” option.
Instructional Norms
All teaching should be standards based
Use the resources that we are given
Consistency in grading/expectations
Quality lesson plans (be prepared)
