Hello Sublimity Families,
Canned Food Drive
We have officially ended our food drive (early) due to an overwhelming response from families! Students collected 2700 lbs. of food this week alone, as well as $775.00 in cash donations to the food bank. In the fifteen years that I have been involved with public schools, I have never witnessed such a generous outpouring of support to a local food bank in such a short time span. Students exceeded our overall goal and will now get to enjoy Mrs. Sparks and Mr. Westenskow dressing up as elves throughout the next week and spreading holiday cheer across the school! Also, Mrs. Mitchell and Mrs. Ion's classes won the class competition and will get to enjoy a pizza party this Friday. Thank you for your generous support!
Coffee Card Orders
Students have been selling Coffee Cards as a fundraiser for PTC. Orders and money are due this Friday.
Holiday Bazaar
Next Thursday, December 16, students will have an opportunity to shop for their family members at our annual bazaar. Each class will get a chance to do this during the school day. Please reach out to your child's teacher if you have any questions. Students are looking forward to this fun tradition!
Winter Break
Remember that there is no school from December 20 - 31. School resumes on January 3.
PTC Meeting
Our next PTC Meeting will be at 3:00 on Monday, December 13 using this virtual link.
Thank you for all of your support to the school and our staff. We appreciate you and wish you a great week and a joyful December!
