Academy Transfer Guidelines
The Reynoldsburg High School Academies go to great lengths to provide families with information and tools that help them decide with their student what academy will be best. Resources, such as staff and funding, are driven by the initial enrollment. Changes in academies have a negative impact on these resources and may adversely impact student progress. To that end, it is the expectation of Reynoldsburg City Schools that a student remains in their current assigned academy until the completion of the student's current school year.
Transfers will be considered on a case-by-case basis and can only be approved if there are openings in the new academy requested. Students must demonstrate the educational, career, and college interest rationale for changing academies. Academy Transfer Request forms are linked here for download or may be obtained at the Welcome Center. The form must be completed in its entirety and signed by the student, the parent/guardian, and the current Academy Leader. The form is time sensitive.
All forms must be submitted to the Welcome Center located at 1555 Graham Road, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068, no later than the last day of school, Thursday, May 27, 2021 @ 4:00 pm. The form will be time-stamped upon receipt.
In Global Issues Class
Students are responsible for designing and building the most energy efficient wind turbine, testing it and collecting data. Then students submit photos and data to the online portal.
Classes Resume on Monday, April 5 - We wish you a healthy and happy Spring Break!
