Fauquier County high school students are afforded the opportunity to be exempt from attending class(es) on the final two days of the spring term (Monday, May 22 and Tuesday, May 23) provided they meet the following criteria:

• Pass the SOL/EOC assessment (if required) during the term in which they are taking the class and have earned a passing grade OR
• Earn an A or B in the course

Due to the pandemic, this incentive is not based upon student absences.

• Visit the KR School Counseling website for the latest information

• Students must return all library books and textbooks before leaving for the summer
• Fines and fees must be resolved
• Lockers (including athletic and/or team room) must be cleaned out
• Chromebooks will be assessed and fines will be assigned based upon the condition, damage, and/or repairs required (see graphic below)

• Using this link, parents may contact the school librarian to discuss access to library materials
• By completing this Google Form, parents/guardians can request an email notification of what books their student has checked out on a weekly basis
