this week's math focus
This week's Math focus is on the Math Content Word walls and journals with students being given the opportunity to reflect on their learning. The content word wall should include all vocabulary concepts taught up to this point in the school year. Classrooms should have manipulatives to ensure that students are able to progress from concrete, to pictorial and then move to abstract thinking to connect procedural to conceptual understanding.
