Visit and Volunteer at the Youth Migrant Project
Join us on a special informative trip out to the Youth Migrant Project in Burlington, WA. Learn about immigration and what is currently facing local migrant workers in the small town of Burlington. Also find out how this small program is acting as a food back for the local community and trying to meet the needs of different populations. This is a great opportunity to learn more about issues in our community related to immigration. Contact Melissa at mwatkinson@uwb.edu for more information on the trips or to sign up.
