Greenlands Culture
The culture of Greenland has much in common with Greelandic Irunit tradition, as the majority of people are descendid from Inuit. Many people still go ice fishing and there are annual dog-sled races in which everyone with a team participates. However Greeland has now become somewhat of a tourist attraction. It holds contest to attract tourists such as dog racing, ice fishing, hiking, and cross country racing.

Greenland is part of the kingdom of Denmark but has a great degree of self-government, which will be further expanded.

Greenlands Flag
The Greenland flag was designed by Greenlands native Thue Christiansen. It features two equals horizontal bands of white (top) and red with a large disk slightly to the hoist side of centre. The top half of the disk is red, the bottom half is white. The entire flag measures 6 parts; the disk is 8 parts in diameter, horizontally offset by 7 parts from the hoist to the centre of the circle, and vertically centered.
