May Madness
1. Make sure you maintain boundaries and structure for your learners. You get it.
2. Extend grace. You might be grumpy. Your colleagues might snap at you. Your learners might frustrate you. Just know, it's likely not personal. It's mostly just May and people are overwhelmed and tired. This is your opportunity to love others well.
3. Take a moment for yourself each day in May. Drink plenty of water. Take a walk around the block at night. Read a chapter of a book for fun. Stretch. Laugh with a friend. Journal. Go to bed a few minutes early (rest is important). Turn on your favorite song. Garden. Bake. You know you, so just make sure to take care of you!
Summative Conferences
If you see an area that needs additional documentation, please bring it to your summative conference.
Additionally, the schedule is below. Mary will be out at trainings for a portion of the week. The schedule might be tweaked as the week goes on, so please know this isn't set in stone.
We will do our best to communicate changes throughout the week.
Please email your appraiser if you have questions.
