"The Crocodile and the Cat"
"The Crocodile and the Cat" by: Cooper Kelly
The crocodile came to the wise cat and asked for some food and money, but had not worked to earn the money, so the great wise cat refused to give these necessities to the poor and told the crocodile, "go to the fields to do some real work to earn money on your own," and the crocodile did so. He worked for 2 weeks and finally came to the point where he could take care of him and his family. He came back to the wise cat and he told the crocodile that sometimes hard work pays off. Moral: Hard work pays off.
