Hello Everkyone --
Happy start of Winter Break. I hope that each of you are finding time to spend with family and relaxing (with a dryland workout in there as well). Regardless of which holiday you may celebrate whether in December (Hanukkah, Kwanza, Christmas) in November (Diwali), March (Ramadan) to name just a few of so many around the world, we wish each of you joy and peace.

We have opened a team gear store. Please take the time to check it out. All orders must be placed no later than the 28th of December. The link is below. A flyer can be found at the bottom of the newsletter as well. Please note that if you cannot see a product you like, they will use our logo on any of their products so please feel free to look around the web site.
SwimSuit Payments and Info
Swim Suit Ordering
The cost for all suits men and women is $70. The cost covers all of the sublimation, the suit and shipping. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to me, we are here to help everyone.
The cost of the suit is found on your swimmers account through parentvue. Thank you for taking care of this fee.
Athletic Participation Fee
Now that the season has begun, Athletic participation fees are due. The fee is $100 and should be paid through your swimmers' athletic registration. Please take a moment to get that taken care of quickly.

Dryland Tip of the Week
I encourage each of you to try dryland at least three times a week. It is important to build in dry land workouts into your schedule. It is important to build in dry land workouts into your schedule. This week we are working on our shoulders. This is important to keep ourshoulders healthy.
