The Story of Abraham & Moses

In Egypt the Pharaoh made the Israelites into slaves.

God sent Moses to save them.

Moses told the Pharaoh to let the people go.

The Pharaoh said "NO!!!". So the Pharaoh was punished with ten terrible plagues.

The Egyptian Army chased the Israelites and tried to catch them, but they couldn't.

Moses led the Israelites to freedom. This was called the Exodus.

They traveled through the wilderness for 40 years.

God gave Moses the Ten Commandments which told the people how to live.

Abraham was born in 2000 B.C.E. in Ur, Mesopotamia.

Abraham owned sheep- he was a shepherd.

One day he went to sleep and he had a dream that there was only one God.
