Gatsby Chapter 1-3 Assignment

Nick Carraway thinks everyone suspects himself of one of the cardinal virtues; Nick thinks he has honesty. Which of the four virtues do you think he’s talking about? Which of the cardinal virtues do you suspect yourself of?
  1. prudence = right thinking in practice
  2. justice = the constant and permanent determination to give everyone his or her rightful due
  3. fortitude = courage to overcome fear and to remain steady in our will in the face of obstacles
  4. temperance = restraint of our desires or passions

Now prove that you have that virtue. Create a thinglink (with a picture of yourself as the image) you need to give 3 convincing reasons why you consider yourself to have this virtue (the convincing reason needs to be hyperlinked to your picture on thinglink).
