Parenting workshops are not just for young or inexperienced parents; they're for everyone who wants to become a better parent. All parents are welcome to join! Education topics will include:
December 9- Understanding ADHD and learning how to work with these children
January 13- Understanding Trauma and how it impacts children
February 10- Importance of structure and limits: Setting and enforcing rules in the home
March 10- Sleep routines for kids/turning off electronics and how it impacts school
When parents increase their level and quality of interactions with their children, children become better prepared for school and personal success in life.
