GaVS Speech & Am-Lit
Mrs. Mullett's Post-Due Date Update!
Course Updates!
Progress reports and Schoolcast calls will be going out Wednesday. Any students currently failing their class will also be receiving a call from me. If this is the first time your grade has dropped below 70%, I will call you (or your parent) personally to discuss ways that you can improve your grade. If you have had a failure call before, you may receive an automated call from me reminding you to follow the schedule carefully and follow all instructions. Please review the following information and, as always, contact me with any questions or concerns.
Missing Assignments Marked
Students! Check your feedback for this stamp. If you are missing any assignments, I have marked them with this image so that you can easily identify what you need to catch up on. Missing assignments should be completed ASAP in order to receive late credit (as specified in the student handbook and on the picture).
Important Winter Break Information!
Should you consider a schedule change?
If you have fallen behind in the course, one option to consider is switching your to a shorter schedule (i.e. 18 to 16 or 16 to 14). This will give you fresh start in the course and a second chance to turn in work you may have missed. You will not be allowed to edit assignments you have already turned in and you can only switch schedules once per semester. Email me if this is something you are interested in.
