What's Poppin' in Fifth Grade
Dear Parents,
Can you believe we've already been back at school for a month?! We've already completed most of our beginning of the year testing, and we've started with our first few unit tests in our core subjects. Many of these grades will be going home soon with the first round of interims being sent out on October 8th. As always, please continue discussing with students the importance of completing homework every night and studying before quizzes and tests. We're here to make sure our students are successful and ready for middle school next year, so please reach out with any questions you may have!

Ms. McCrone
- I am originally from Washington D.C. and moved to Richmond 6 years ago.
- I am a HUGE fan of reading and science.
- My favorite book is Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban because it was the first chapter book I read on my own as a kid.
- I love to stay active outside. A goal of mine is to visit every National Park in the United States.
Finally, I am super to excited to see how my students will grow and learn throughout the year.
