There are many ways to keep your teeth clean. e.g. brushing your teeth 3 times a day so your teeth will not have cavities.And you have to brush it at least 2 minutes.

Healthy Foods And Junk Foods

There are many healthy foods you should eat all the time e.g. fruits like, apple, pear, oranges and vegetables like e.g. carrot, celery, cucumber, lettece potato and more. Here are some foods that you should not eat like junk food

e.g. chips, candy, chocolate, frozen deserts, sugary gum and more.

Flossing

When you chew food the food that you chew goes in between your teeth and if you floss your teeth every day at least 3 times a day before brushing your teeth. Never stop flossing your teeth.

Clean tooth brush

You should change your tooth brush every 2 months (example) when you get sick and you brush your teeth germs go on the tooth brush when you are sick. You have to change your tooth brush every 2 months

Dentist

You should brush your teeth every day because your teeth would have cavity's and you will have to go to the dentist to have a fill up and you will have a hard time with your teeth

All About Toothpaste

You should never use your mother's and your father's toothpaste because adult toothpaste does not have fluoride in it. Fluoride help's your teeth to be aware of cavity's, and kids toothpaste has enough fluoride that you need.

How to brush your teeth

Here are steps of how to brush your teeth:

1)First you open the lid of your toothpaste.

2)Then you put toothpaste on your toothbrush.

3)Then you brush your teeth in circles.

4)Then you have to brush for 2 minutes.

5)After you are done brushing your teeth you spit the toothpaste out of your mouth.

6)Then you gurgle with water or mouth wash.

7)Then you wash your toothbrush.

8) Finally wash up and close the lid of toothpaste and put your brush away.
