Who? What? When? Where?
The thresher was invented by a Scottish engineer Andrew Meikle. His machine was made in 1732 consisted of fails attached to a rotating cycle powered by water it worked alright but the fails kept breaking.
New invention causes a ruckess!
The thresher was a good intervention to get more grain separated faster. All though it took up many jobs and taxes raised.
Today!
There is many types of threshers. Small,big,long and short! We have improved the thresher a little bit but we still use them to separate thre grain
