Carter Blood Drive
Ridgeview's spring blood drive is May 4. If you would like to sign up to donate blood, clink on the link below.
Maybe you ask yourself….
Why should I give blood?
More than 4 million Americans would die each year if not for blood donors.
How will I feel after I give?
Most donors feel great! Make sure you eat a meal with iron rich foods and take a vitamin the night before. Don’t forget to eat breakfast that morning and drink lots of fluids.
What is in it for me?
You will feel awesome because you helped to save a life! You can get current cholesterol and hemoglobin blood work done for free!
