THE EDNEYVILLE BUZZ BOTZ SUCCESSFUL IN SAVANNAH

What an exciting weekend for the Edneyville Buzz Botz. They traveled to Savannah Georgia for the Gray's Reef Southeast Regional MATE ROV Competition. This first year team impressed the judges with their interview knowledge, report, poster and exciting MAT retrieval in the pool. The buzz around the bleachers and the pool was "Have you seen that team from NC?" They were awarded second place in the Scouts Division and received the Track and Field Award for Overcoming Obstacles.

A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO MR. HUFF AND MR. RHODES! They have invested an incredible amount of time and resources into making this team a well trained ROBOTICS TEAM.

ALSO... the time, resources and support that the team's parents put into the project was amazing! EVERY student had representation at the competition!

SO PROUD to be a YELLOW JACKET!
