Weekly Departmental Office Hours
In addition to the 3 Study Hall sessions each teacher holds every week, the Science Department is now holding weekly departmental office hours. Sometimes it will be your student's teacher hosting the session, and sometimes it will be a different teacher. The teacher hosting the session may not have access to your specific course, but they will be able to help with general questions. The day and time of the session for each week will vary. See the September schedule below. Students will find the session each week in their list of ClassConnects.
Tuesday, September 5th at 11am ET
Monday, the 11th, at 3pm ET
Wednesday, Sept 20th at 6 PM ET
Monday, Sept 25th at 11 am ET
Material Replacement/Reshipping Policy
If you encounter missing or damaged item(s) in your lab kit or other materials, the student or LC is responsible for notifying K12 Sales Support at (email@example.com) within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
· If the missing or damaged item(s) are a result of a K12 or K12 vendor error, K12 will replace the item(s) at no cost.
· If K12 is notified of missing or damaged item(s) after 30 days of receipt of shipment and/or the item(s) missing or damaged is not the fault of K12 or K12 vendor error, the student will be sent a replacement and the Learning coach will charged a replacement fee as well as the cost of shipping the replacement materials.*
* Students and Learning Coaches are responsible for verifying shipment contents per the packing list. Learning Coaches will be responsible for paying any applicable shipping fees.
