APEX was a Huge Success!
Thank you to our wonderful LVIS community! We were able to raise over $15,000 from pledges. Our fundraiser was a HUGE success!! Thank you! The money raised supports our students and teachers with resources, instructional supplies, and more. It provides funding to do the fun stuff that we love including student incentives, art club, UIL, Garey Park field trip, bounce houses for field day, new recess equipment, and more. Thank you for supporting our school! It truly makes a difference!
Thank you families for all your support!
The APEX Principal's Colorful Challenge
The coaches and students had a great time turning Mrs. Sullivan and Mrs. Mercado into a rainbow of colors on the last day of APEX! It was fun and messy for everyone.

Winter Parties on December 14th
On December 14th, we will have our classroom parties. If you would like to attend the party, please RSVP here. We will preprint visitor badges before the party so that parents do not have to wait in line.

5th grade - 12:00pm
Handmade with Love
A huge thank you to the ladies of St. Mary's for their beautiful handmade hats for all of our 4th graders. This has become a LVIS tradition. Every year, they have knitted hats for all of our 4th graders and new students to receive a special wool hat. These hats are made with love and care for someone special. Every hat is unique and special- just like our students! Thank you St Mary's!
Students will receive their hats on Thursday, Nov 30th and December 1st.
Countdown to Winter Break
This year has flown by! Let's celebrate the last week of the year in style.
