We have made it to my favorite time of year, fall! With this season comes the changing color of leaves, everything pumpkin spice, and of course, FAFSA applications. This newsletter will focus on jobs for Knights, scholarships, upcoming events, and of course, FAFSA (financial aid).
FAFSA and College Application Workshop
What is FAFSA?
- FAFSA is the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). This application is used to determine if students are eligible for federal and state funding. All students are encouraged to see what they are eligible for, including students who are eligible for military benefits. The application will opened for the Class of 2021 on October 1st. Both student and a legal guardian need to have an FSA username and ID. If you have created one already (maybe from a previous child or from funding your own education), you can use that same log in information.
- The class of 2021 will be filling out the 2021-2022 application.
Future date for this workshop is: November 10th.
