Tinker Time
After finishing a Monarch-nominated read-aloud during library class, students will often engage in 'tinker time' in the library as a way to pursue their personal interests. This fits in nicely with the state standard of "Appreciating literature and other creative expressions of thoughts and ideas and pursuing knowledge related to personal interests and aesthetic growth." For more pictures of 'tinker time' please visit the school's Facebook page.
