A mammogram is an x-ray of the beast that screens for breast cancer.
Cancer experts disagree on how often women should get mammograms, but it is suggested that they get them every year or every 2 years.
Testicular Exams
Testicular exams check for testicular cancer.
Men should do these every month beginning at age 15.
Prostate Exams
Prostate Exams check for prostate cancer.
Men should get prostate exams starting around age 50.
Pap Smears
Pap smears check for any abnormalities within the cervix.
Women should get pap smears around every 3 years starting at age 20.
