Main Issues

Some cultures are more developed in their skills because they use their skills as a way of life and not as just an educational tool. The tribe on the other side of the mountain was more concerned on how their skills would better their living situation; not just on what they could learn for the fun of it.

Educational Connections

Different states, different cities, different school districts take the same concepts and adapt them to their cultural enviornment and needs. Every school is not created equal and every district has concerns that others do not. Therefore schools take their "rocks" and adapt them for the best uses for their students. Depending on the "administration" views on education teaching, learning, and goals maybe less than desirable to others.
