Dear Families,
Our school completed its fourth week of all negative pool tests! Thank you to our students, families, and staff for working together to stay safe and healthy.
Please review the travel guidelines below. We will be following the travel recommendations upon returning after a break.
In the event of a positive case, all families receive a letter about a positive case at school. The classroom with a case will receive a second letter informing them of a positive case in their class. All students in the class with a positive case are considered close contacts and need to follow the close contact guidelines created by the San Mateo County Pandemic Framework.
Close Contacts:
- Continue school masked if they are asymptomatic
- Test immediately after exposure and on/or after day 5 of exposure
- Quarantine for all extracurricular activities after school, including sports, and activities within the community (Annex is an exception and students can attend the Annex)

Emotion Management & Mindfulness
Emotion Management is learning how to identify our emotions and find strategies to handle these different emotions.
Mindfulness is about paying attention in a particular way-where we listen and notice what is happening with an open heart and mind.
