National Information & Referral Services Day

The U.S. Senate has declared November 16 as National Information and Referral Services Day. Loudoun Cares is proud to have provided Information and Referral services for Loudoun residents for over eleven years.

Loudoun Cares has long understood the importance of linking people with information and services that can help them. When individuals, families, and communities don't know whom to turn, the Loudoun Cares Information and Referral Telephone Helpline is there for them.

Each year, thousands of Loudoun residents call us at 703-669-4636. Our certified, trained specialists are intimately familiar with the programs and services offered by all agencies and entities serving the Loudoun residents. Loudoun Cares offers a service many callers say they cannot do without. Loudoun Cares works closely with many valued partners that include other local nonprofits, government agencies, faith communities and business leaders.
