Parking Lot Safety

  • There are two loading zones for drop off and pick up. Please pay attention to staff in the parking lot as they direct you to the quickest way to drop off or pick up your student.
  • Watch for and/or listen for direction from staff.
  • When possible, the safest way for drop off or pick up is to have the student exit or enter from the passenger side.
  • Please do not stop at the flag pole. This is not a drop off or pick up zone
  • Students need to cross with one of the staff members that are holding the stop sign.
  • Please be patient. There are lots of families that are also trying to drop off and pick up.

Drop Off Zone 1

Please Fill Out Income Verification ASAP

School Funding Income Verification Process Income verification is essential to funding for the district. Please complete the School Funding form in the Parent Portal (Q.) by 10/31/2022 . A variety of critical programs, grants, and funding, for ALL schools, is dependent on data related to income levels. School funding information is used to determine LCFF site funding, Title I eligibility and priority access to various programs for students from low-SES eligible families. This information is kept confidential and allows the district to provide additional resources to support all students. These resources include enrichment, intervention, additional staff, technology and supplemental materials. The Federal Government requires Nutrition Services to collect Federal Meal Applications for non-CEP schools even though California is offering universal free breakfast and lunch. Federal Meal Applications are SEPARATE from the critical need for School Funding Data collection which drives state funding.

***Families- Please complete School Funding form in the Parent Portal (Q.) *Families need to fill out the forms only once and it will populate to all of their students. They don’t need to fill out separate forms for each child.

Here is a QR code for the income verification digital form.
