Message from the principal
Hamilton Community, the semester is moving fast. Second quarter progress reports will be coming out soon. As students work diligently to finish the semester strong, we suggest that parents stay in contact with teachers of classes that students are struggling in. Also during this time of the year, we transition from the fall sport season into the winter season, which brings more exciting contest to our campus. Additionally, out there are shows and performances to be seen. We hope that you are able to attend a competition or show to help support the Hamilton students.
Stugo's Leadership Workshop
On Thursday November 8, 7 members of Hamilton’s student government went to CUSD’s Elite Performance Academy to conduct a leadership workshop. HHS students planned, organized, and lead the workshop for EPA’s student government which focused on school culture and community.
Looking for Legacy Students
Hard to believe Hamilton has been open for 21 school years! With that, we now are finding students on our campus whose parents also once walked these halls. In an attempt to identify our HHS legacy students we ask that if you currently have a child enrolled here at HHS and you also attended HHS we ask that you complete the form link below. You can complete the link from your mobile device or computer in less than 5 minutes. It is our goal to honor our legacies and their families for being a committed member of the Hamilton community.
Here's the link to the form "Husky Legacies ":

We Dine Together
Over 60 freshman were approached eating alone, and the vast majority now have friends, are involved in school clubs and activities, and feel welcomed.
Recommendations from teachers and counselors have allowed Club members to identify and befriend approximately 15 to 20 ‘quiet’ and shy students who now have people to eat lunch with.
Club members have racked up well over 60 community service hours this semester alone. Look for us at lunch!
HHS at the Arizona Taekwondo Festival
HHS was represented at the Arizona Taekwondo Festival on November 10. Freshman Aaron Pham was recognized for earning 2018 USA Taekwondo Cadet All-American in the heavyweight category, while teacher Kathy English earned gold medals in both poomsae and breaking at the tournament. Both train at NB Taekwondo in Chandler.
