Health Tip of the Week
Mental Health America features a variety of topics to explore for mental health and wellness. The focus this week is getting physically active to manage stress. No time for a major workout? Just break your exercise into 10-minute chunks and break up some blah parts of your day, too. Try:
Really running errands: Walk a bit faster or further in the parking lot when you stop at the store.
Playing: Race the kids. Shoot some hoops. Remember, you don't have to be good to get fit.
Scrubbing: Instead of a few wipes here and there, clean energetically for 10 minutes.
Dancing: Pull down the shades and let loose; if it's fun, you're more likely to do it.
Watching TV: Yes, watching TV--while walking in place, doing leg lifts or punching the air.

End of Year Chromebook Collection
Seniors can return their Chromebook, charger, and carrying case at any time during the week of May 15th, once they finish their last final exam. They will be turning these directly into the Media Center. All personal stickers should be removed.
9th-11th grade students will return their Chromebook and charger to their 7th period teacher on May 24th once they finish their final exam. They should keep their carrying case over the summer. All personal stickers should be removed, but their name tag should remain so we can renew that Chromebook for them when they return in August.
Any students taking Summer School will receive the plan for their renewal in the coming weeks.
