NACP Parents In the Know
News From Our Principal, Dr. Guerrero
WEEK 19 - January 22, 2021
Message from the Principal
I hope you are all safe and well. These past few days have been busy, our teachers are assessing student learning and are making the necessary changes to ensure every student receives the help they need whether that is enrichment or intervention. Although this is something teachers have always done, doing it remotely proves to be a little more challenging. Our students and teachers depend on many other factors to make it happen. We will continue to encourage our kids to show up to class, to interventions and to Google Classroom for independent practice, we ask that you do the same. It is always nice to see students learning! Below you will find information about attendance and the efforts NACP is making to encourage students to show up every day.
The week of January 25th is National School of Choice Week. It is the world's largest celebration of opportunity in education. I included the 2021 National School Dance Tutorial and a link to this year's song. Have fun learning the dance and share your video with us by sending it to office@nacpdolphins.org- we will feature a few videos on our social media sites and next week's newsletter. Thank you so much for making NACP your school of choice. Please share everything you love about NACP with family and friends (also with us) and remember to invite new families to join for the 2021-2022 school year. Our lottery interest form is available on our website.
Thank you NACP Teachers and Parents for all you do for our kids!
Sincerely Yours,
-Dr. Guerrero
