A Week of Support

Thank you everyone for your various methods of support this week. We supported Bryan Adams Cougar Run and the Bryan Adams Open House. Our staff members shared support by providing a stellar professional development for our campus. Last, but certainly not least, we also showed support to the Veterans of our country.

Happy Veterans Day!

Students from Alex Sanger made US Flags to place outside of the school in honor of Veterans Day. We thank all service men and women for their dedication to our country.

Sanger Professional Development Day!

We would like to thank all of the teachers/staff who presented the workshops on Monday. Kudos to Mr. Olivares, Ms. Vejar, Ms. Morissey, and Ms. Gonzalez for facilitating the Writing Workshop, and kudos to Ms. Rose and Ms. Torres for facilitating the Math Workshop.

Here are some of the responses from the workshop:

"It was amazing, I loved it! It contained lots of tips and was very helpful!"

"It was good and helpful. I learned about All in Learning."

"I learned how to make an Anchor Chart!"

"I love that I was given the opportunity to get hands on learning!"

"I loved the Web from the writing workshop!"

Three of our Sanger staff placed in the race. Mr. Lopez won first place for the entire 5K with a time of about 17 minutes. Ms. Vejar and Coach Hammond also placed in the race for their age division. Way to Run!
