A Note From the Principal
As we begin this week, you may find yourself a little anxious about the test. I ask you to remember the test pep rally and how we have eliminated the Test Monster. Also remember that this test does not define who you are. It can only measure how you perform on standards (on a particular day). There are some things that the test cannot measure. It cannot measure the joy you bring your administrators and your teachers when you walk through our doors with your bright smiles and laughter each day. It cannot measure how you impact your friends and classmates when you listen to their problems or just lend a helping hand. It cannot measure the countless other qualities that make you who you are. We have high hopes for our scores this year. We know you will do well. Do your best and be proud of how hard you have worked. Let's finish this year strong! #forthepark
Love,
Dr. Singh
Georgia Milestones Testing Schedule
Milestones Attendance
It is imperative that your student is here during his or her testing schedule. We schedule many fun things during testing week to ease anxiety and celebrate success. Students who are absent will be required to make up test and may have to miss out on fun activities. Testing starts promptly at the beginning of the school day so make sure they are here and on time.
Door Decorations to Ease Test Anxiety
A big thank you to our K-2nd grade students. They have decorated the doors of our 3rd-8th grade students to help ease testing anxiety. The doors offer encouragement and test taking reminders. Visit the halls and check out their designs.
