K.I.S.S Luncheon

There will be K.I.S.S (Kids Invite Someone Special) lunches at Groves Elementary on September 11 and September 12. In order to accommodate seating we are asking for those planning to attend to complete the RSVP form before September 8th. If your guest has not been on campus before they will need to stop by to get their license scanned in order for us to have a pre-printed badge ready for them. Please make sure to bring your lunch as the cafeteria will only be open to students that day.

Groves Garden

We have some exciting changes with Garden Club this school year! After receiving feedback from teachers, we are going to integrate the garden within each grade level. All students will have an opportunity for science lessons related to our school garden. We have Science in our Specials rotation and Mrs. Phipps will be able to embed the garden within her lessons. We are excited to see how this new change unfolds. As the year progresses we will continue to reflect and see how our students participation in horticulture and outdoor learning is reflected within our school garden.
