The proposed installment schedule is as follows:
April 30th: $500
June 25th: $500
September 7th: $1000
October 6th: the remainder (I will inform you of this amount at the May information session)
Past universities tours have been a huge success. Students find it a rewarding experience. The visits helped them decide which university or college would be the best fit for them. The tour enabled students to compare campuses, programs, residences, and other services. They also gain an appreciation for the location of each of the universities/colleges and they were able to see campus living from the perspective of students attending the university. All factors play an important role when deciding on a post-secondary institution.
Should you have any questions please contact Mrs. Charlene White at cwhite@msa.bm.
OUTSIDE NOTICES
The Bermuda Institute of Ocean Sciences (BIOS) invites interested students to apply for the Bermuda Program summer internship at BIOS.
Available to high-school seniors and undergraduates, BIOS research programs have various internships available to budding marine scientists. Operating in Bermuda since 1903, BIOS has experienced 115 years of excellence in ocean science research and education.
Our signature internship, the Bermuda Program, offers a unique opportunity for Bermuda’s students aged 18 and older to broaden their knowledge of marine and atmospheric sciences and learn about the daily operations of an active research station. Since 1976 more than 150 young Bermudians have taken part in this exciting program, with many applying their summer experiences toward further university studies. If you have any seniors or undergraduate alumni that are interested in science, be it marine or other sciences, this is a great program to take part in.
Applications are now being accepted with an April 1, 2018 deadline for submission.
Please find further information and the application form available on our website at:
